To register for a program at member rates, your YMCA membership must be current during the entire program session.

How to Register
- Online - Please note: If you are a member of another YMCA and want to take advantage of the member priority registration date and pricing, you must register in person or via phone, fax or mail. Since you are not a member in our computer system, the system will not allow you to register online during the member time-frame, nor will the member discount be applied at checkout.
To take advantage of online registration, you must have an e-mail address on file with us. Please stop in, call the Y or email us at info@waukeshaymca.org before the registration dates listed above to update your contact information.
- By Phone - Registrations can be taken over the phone during our Business Office hours.
- In Person- Registrations will be accepted in person during our Business Office hours.
- Mail or Fax- Please mail in or fax the registration form to the YMCA.
REGISTER EARLY!
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Many programs have limited enrollment and fill quickly, other programs may be cancelled due to low enrollment.
By registering early you help insure:
- The right number of qualified staff are in place to lead your program
- Adequate supplies and equipment are readily available
- Required paperwork is processed
- Program instructors are familiar with participant names
- You will not be assessed a $5 late registration fee
LATE REGISTRATION FEE
Any program registration taken on or after the first day of a program session will incur a $5 late fee. Some programs including youth sports leagues, work shops, Staycation Days and special events have unique registration deadlines, and the $5 late fee will apply immediately following these posted deadlines. See individual program description for details.
CLASS CANCELLATION AND ONLINE CREDIT POLICY
- The YMCA reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or combine classes that do not have sufficient enrollment.
- If the YMCA cancels a class, a full refund or a YMCA online credit will be issued.
- When a customer initiates a class cancellation request prior to or during the first week of session/season, a YMCA online credit will be issued for the prorated remaining class fee minus a $10.00 transaction fee.
- No refund or YMCA online credit will be issued after the completion of the first week of a session/season.
- The are no refunds or YMCA on-line credit for:
a. Individual classes missed.
b. Individual classes cancelled due to weather.
c. Individual classes missed due to recognized holidays. - YMCA online credit may be applied to any Waukesha Family YMCA purchase and expires one year after date of issue.
CLASS MAKE UP POLICY
Make up classes are not available for:
- Individual classes missed
- Classes cancelled due to weather
- Holidays
