Our facility offers an assortment of cardiovascular equipment, strength training equipment and many different types of group exercise classes on land or in the water.

Fitness Evaluations

Certified fitness specialist measures cardio-respiratory endurance, body composition, flexibility and muscle strength and endurance.  Fitness evaluations specifically designed for the senior population are also available.  Sign up in the Business Office.  Dana Pearce, Fitness Coordinator, will contact you to schedule an appointment.
