Youth Programs

Youth Programs are for grades K-6 unless otherwised noted. Get messy with science in Scientific Discovery, create projects in Kids Create, challenge and expand your brain power in Mind Benders and more!
Youth Fitness
Get active and stay healthy even while your body is still growing! Try Virtual Fitness, Youth Yoga or ZUMBA for kids.
Teen Programs

Teens can participate in Strength & Conditioning classes, educate yourself on fitness and work towards the advance class. They can also get involved at the YMCA and in their community as part of our Leaders Club.
Workshops

Keep your children informed when they learn about Stranger Danger or how to be safe when they are Home Alone. They can also take our Babysitting Training course and participate in many other workshops!
Family Nights
Bring your family to the Y for a fun-filled night! Enjoy special activities and themed games in our facility. There is something for every member of your family to enjoy!
Virtual Vault
Calling all kids grades 3 - 8!
Visit the new Virtual Vault and experience your own virtual fitness world! Try Expresso bikes, Xerdance, the Treadwall, Wii games and more! Check it out after school and on weekends.
